Client: Hilton Worldwide University

As one of the largest hospitality companies in the world, Hilton Worldwide operates nearly 4,000 hotels in countries around the globe. To prepare its employees for work in foreign countries, Hilton wanted a secure website that would deliver information on living and working in a particular target culture via text, video, and moderated question and answer. We worked with Global Dynamics, a cross-cultural training company which developed the content, to launch the initial pilot site with information about China. Hilton then signed on to expand the program to include 24 additional countries.
