AT&T created the Cross-Media Experience study in partnership with comScore to learn about its mobile users and adapt its offerings to them. Nimble created the promotional emails, advertisements, and website, working with AT&T’s branding staff to ensure the panel design meshed with the existing brand. The registration flow for new users signing up for the panel was particularly important; we needed to ensure the lengthy process did not cause users to abandon the signup partway through. We designed a clean set of registration forms divided over 5 pages with clear indicators as to what step of the process the user was on. We then coded the site and the promotional emails.
